1. Ingredients: 75g purple sweet potato puree, 75g glutinous rice flour, 75g starch (wheat starch), 60g sugar, 200g water, 40g oil (I only added 10g)

2. Wash and cut the purple sweet potato into pieces, put it into a microwave box, add a little water, and microwave it for 3-5 minutes. It is cooked when you can easily pierce it with chopsticks.

3. Peel the cooked purple sweet potato, put it into a blender, add water and sugar and blend it into a fine paste

4. Sift the glutinous rice flour and starch to make the finished product more delicate

5. Pour the purple sweet potato paste into a bowl, use a spatula to mix until it is smooth and free of particles, then add salad oil and mix until the oil and water are separated. If you want a better taste, you can add salad oil according to the recipe. If you want to be healthier, you can add it at your own discretion.

6. Pour the mixed batter into an oiled mold and shake it vigorously a few times to remove the bubbles. Be sure to apply oil, otherwise it will be difficult to demould. Put it into a cold water pot and steam it. After the water boils, steam it on medium-low heat for about 20 minutes.

7. After cooling, you can use a toothpick to draw a circle around the mold to facilitate demoulding.

8. Use a flower mold to carve out the shape and place it on a plate. The stamens are made of chocolate.
