In order to avoid oils made from genetically modified raw materials, you can read the instructions on the packaging when choosing. Generally, there will be a label indicating whether the raw materials of the oil are genetically modified raw materials.

When cooking, try to control the amount of oil used. Each person should not exceed 25 grams per day, which is 2 to 3 tablespoons.
