How to make the most nutritious stewed yellow croaker at home?

Materials

Ingredients: 650g yellow croaker, 50g pork (fat and lean), 50g vegetable oil, 5g coriander, 5g salt, 25g cooking wine, 10g soy sauce, 2g MSG, 10g green onion, 5g ginger, 5g garlic (white skin)

Production steps

1. Scrape the scales of the yellow croaker, remove the internal organs, clean it, and make parallel cuts with a spacing of 2 cm on both sides of the fish;

2. Cut the pork fat and lean meat into thin strips (5 cm long);

3. Cut green onion into sections, ginger into shreds, and garlic into slices for later use;

4. Put the pan on high heat, add vegetable oil and heat until 80% hot, put in the yellow croaker and fry until light yellow, then remove;

5. Leave 20g of oil in the pot, add pork fat and lean meat, scallion, ginger and garlic slices, stir-fry, add cooking wine and soy sauce, pour in broth (750g), add fried yellow croaker and refined salt, bring to a boil, and skim off the foam;

6. Simmer over medium heat until the ingredients are absorbed by the MSG. Add in the MSG and coriander, remove from heat and serve in a soup bowl.
