1. The red grouper bought in the supermarket has few bones and the meat is tender and fresh.

3. Scrape off the fish scales, remove the internal organs and gills, clean it, and cut into flower-shaped pieces on both sides.

4. Grilled fish needs to be seasoned in advance. Apply a layer of salt on the cleaned fish and add some cooking wine. Add some onions, ginger, garlic, and soy sauce to add some flavor.
