1. Colorful pepper duck egg pancake

Wash the duck eggs first, then beat them into a container and beat them with chopsticks or a whisk; cut the bell peppers into small strips and add them to the egg liquid, then add seasonings and mix well; heat a pan with appropriate amount of oil, put the ginger slices into the pan and fry over low heat. After the ginger flavor comes out, pick out the ginger slices. Pour an appropriate amount of egg liquid into the pan and fry slowly over medium-low heat. There is no need to turn it over. Cover the pan with a lid so that the surface can be cooked through easily.

2. Matsusaka pork with bell peppers

Add 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté garlic slices. Add Matsusaka pork and stir-fry until half cooked. Add seasoning and simmer for about 10 minutes. When the sauce is half dried up, add red and yellow peppers and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes before serving.

3. Scrambled eggs with bell peppers

Wash the bell peppers, remove the stems and cut into bell pepper rings about 0.5cm thick. Heat a frying pan, pour in a small amount of cooking oil and spread it evenly on the bottom of the pan, then add the bell pepper rings into the pan. Crack the eggs into the bell pepper rings and fry them on one side over medium-low heat. When the eggs are slightly solidified, sprinkle with appropriate amount of salt and black pepper to season; turn off the heat when the eggs are fried until the yolk is cooked, and serve with soy sauce or ketchup according to personal preference.

4. Steamed Shrimp with Bell Peppers

Peel and stem the garlic, mince the bell pepper and garlic, add cooking wine, light soy sauce, sesame oil, black pepper, salt and sugar and mix well. Devein the prawns, cut them in half, wash and drain, and place on a plate. (Except for the head and tail, the shrimp should be completely split in the middle, otherwise it will curl up after steaming), sprinkle the chopped bell pepper evenly on the shrimp, bring the water to a boil, and steam for about 3 minutes. (Turn off the heat and take out the shrimp when it changes color to keep its fresh and tender taste)
