How to stew beef tendon

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Cut the beef tendon into small pieces and blanch it in boiling water, adding some cooking wine to the water.

3. Prepare the seasoning.

4. Heat the oil in a wok and sauté onion, ginger, garlic and chili.

5. Add spicy soybean paste and stir-fry until fragrant.

6. Add beef tendon and stir-fry.

7. Add white wine and stir-fry until fragrant.

8. Add appropriate amount of clean water.

9. Add dark soy sauce.

10. Add light soy sauce.

11. Add sugar and bring to a boil over high heat.

12. Then pour into the casserole.

13. Bring to a boil over high heat, cover and simmer over medium heat.

14. Wash and cut onions, green and red peppers into pieces, and cut garlic sprouts into sections.

15. After simmering for 20 minutes, add onions and continue simmering for 3 minutes.

16. Then add salt to taste.

17. Add garlic sprouts.

18. Add green and red peppers.

19. Add water starch to thicken.

20. Drizzle with sesame oil.

21. Cook over high heat until the sauce thickens, then turn off the heat.
