10. Cut the chiffon cake slices into two slices horizontally.

11. Cut the cake slices into smaller pieces, slightly smaller than the cake pan. Place one slice into a loose-bottomed cake pan.

12. Pour in half of the mousse filling.

13. Place another cake slice on top.

14. Pour in the other half of the mousse. Smooth. Refrigerate for 4 hours.

15. Take out the refrigerated mousse cake and demould it.

16. Beat 200 grams of whipping cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar.

17. Take out the refrigerated mousse cake and demould it.

18. Squeeze the whipped cream on the surface for decoration, sprinkle some diced mango, and you’re done!
