How to make shrimp oil and deep-fry shrimp shells

1. Prepare the fresh prawns.

8. After turning off the heat, wait until the oil temperature drops, then drain the shrimp skins and shrimp heads, remove the oil, filter out the residue from the shrimp oil and put it into a clean container.

9. Let the shrimp oil cool naturally, seal it and refrigerate it.
