8. Mix the cooking wine, noodle sauce and vinegar and pour them into the pot. Use your hands to roll the cornmeal dough into a ball and stick it to the edge of the pot.

9. Pour water to cover the fish, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium heat for twenty to thirty minutes.
