Beer fish recipe

1. Ingredients: Wash the fish and marinate it with cooking wine, rice vinegar and salt for 1 hour in advance; cut tomatoes into cubes, celery into oblique slices, and ginger and garlic into slices;

2. Mix dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, rock sugar, rice vinegar and cooking wine into a seasoning sauce and set aside;

3. Heat the pan with cold oil, put the fish in from the side of the pan when the oil is hot, and fry both sides until golden brown;

4. After the fish is fried until golden, add beer and bring to a boil over high heat;

5. Add ginger and garlic;

6. Add the seasoning sauce;

7. Bring to a boil again and cook for 10-15 minutes, then add tomatoes and celery and cook over medium heat;

After about 8.5 minutes, cook over high heat until the soup is dry, sprinkle in salt and remove from heat;
