How to make grilled scallops with garlic vermicelli

For many mothers, if their babies and loved ones eat healthily, they will get sick less often. Today, I will introduce to housewives a dish that is suitable for family consumption: grilled scallops with garlic vermicelli.

1.1 Soak the vermicelli in cold water for 1 hour in advance and cut it into pieces.

2.2 Use a brush to clean both sides of the scallops

3.121 Use a knife close to the surface to cut the connecting muscle, open the scallop, and take out the shellfish meat.

4.212 Scallops have one flat side and the other convex side. Place the flat side at the bottom for later use.

12.2 Add salt, chicken essence, pepper and mix well

13. Arrange the shellfish meat

14. Heat the iron pan for 3-5 minutes before brushing with oil

15. Arrange the scallops

16. Cover and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes

17. Turn off the fire

18. Pour a little steamed fish soy sauce

19. Sprinkle some chopped pepper and serve
