5. Add egg liquid in 2 batches and mix well.

6. Add milk powder and mix well. Refrigerate and set aside.

8. Add 105 grams of warm water to dissolve the yeast.

10. After mixing into medium dough, let it ferment.

11. Let the dough ferment until it smells like wine and becomes honeycomb-like inside. The dough is very soft.

12. Add the main dough ingredients except butter and beat until the gluten is expanded and the surface is smooth. (This process takes 15-20 minutes)

13. Add butter until fully cooked. . (This process takes 15-20 minutes)

14. Large pieces of transparent film can be pulled out.

15. Roll the dough into a ball and let it ferment.

16. Ferment until it doubles in size.

17. Take out the fermented dough and divide it into 3 equal parts. Take 1 portion, roll it into an oval shape and spread the butter filling on it. (If it is difficult to shake, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 20 minutes)

18. Roll up from top to bottom.

19. Put it into a 450g toast mold for final fermentation.

20. Ferment until the mold is 80% full.

21. Brush the surface with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds or crispy grains.

22. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, middle layer, upper and lower heat, for 35 minutes.

23. After the surface of the bread turns color, cover it with tin foil in time.
