How to make French Brioche bread

7. As shown in the picture, press one end of the dough with your left palm, and use your right palm to push the dough at this end outwards piece by piece.

8. Put the kneaded dough into a clean bowl, cover it with a cloth and leave it for 2 hours (the temperature should be between 27 and 32 degrees)

9. After two hours, put the dough on the table, press it a few times with your hands, then put it back into the bowl, seal it and refrigerate it overnight.

10. After taking out the refrigerated dough, make it into a shape suitable for the mold. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on the surface. After putting it into the mold, put it in the oven preheated to 27 degrees for 3 hours.

11. After 3 hours, the volume of the bread will expand to several times its original size. Then apply egg liquid on the surface and bake in the middle layer of the oven preheated to 160 degrees for about 20-25 minutes. (Juju made two plates of bread with the ingredients written above)
