1. Recipe

20 grams of stir-fried Eucommia ulmoides, 10 grams of cinnamon, 30 grams of walnut meat, 200 grams of pure water, and 400 grams of white wine; select the white wine that meets the requirements, you can choose the light fragrance type, about 60 degrees; prepare a glass or ceramic with good sealing properties, and soak the traditional Chinese medicine in it. When the room temperature is below 25 degrees, soak for 25 days, and when the room temperature is above 25 degrees, soak for 15 days; adjust the alcohol content to 30-40 degrees; if the taste feels not very soft, add rock sugar at a ratio of about 15%.
