1. Make pancakes

Add a little cooking oil into the pancake maker, then pour the prepared bean curd dregs and eggs into the electric pancake machine, spread it flat for four or five minutes and it is ready to eat.

Features: The bean curd dregs pancake is yellow in color and fragrant in taste, and contains rich egg whites. It is especially suitable for children and the elderly who suffer from anorexia, obesity or malnutrition.

3. Make meatballs

Make the bean dregs into meatballs and eat them. The recommended meat ingredients are pork and chicken thighs. Not only can their amino acids complement each other, but also they can enhance the flavor of the meat. Mix the bean dregs and meat filling evenly, add egg white, a spoonful of water starch, a little chopped green onion and ginger, salt and MSG, and mix well, then you can make bean dregs balls. However, the filtering time of bean dregs needs to be longer, otherwise it will be too watery and difficult to make into pills.

4. Make steamed buns

Bean dregs can be added to staple foods, such as making porridge and steamed buns. In this way, the amino acids in bean dregs and cereals can complement each other, thereby improving the utilization rate of protein. The method is to boil rice and other grains together with bean dregs, then lower the heat and simmer until it becomes thick. Then add it directly to the dough when making steamed buns.

5. Bean curd cake

Put the bean dregs on a flat plate, add appropriate amount of flour or glutinous rice flour, beat an egg, add onion, salt and other seasonings, mix into a paste, and steam it in a microwave.

6. Scrambled Eggs

The combination of bean dregs and eggs can not only improve protein utilization, but also lower cholesterol levels. When the oil is hot, add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant.
