Steps to make classic salad

1. Cold Pig Ears

4. Prepare the lotus root, pour in the fried sesame oil and dried chili, add appropriate amount of balsamic vinegar and light soy sauce, mix well, then add cooked peanuts, stir evenly, and you can serve it on a plate.

4. Cold three shreds

1. Peel the lettuce and cut into shreds, cut the carrots and peel the potatoes into shreds, and soak them in clean water. Smash the garlic and mince.

2. Pour half a pot of boiling water into the pot, add a spoonful of salt, pour in carrots and lettuce, blanch them, and remove them. Pour in the shredded potatoes and blanch until cooked, then remove from the pot.

3. Prepare the ingredients, add minced garlic, a spoonful of salt, and balsamic vinegar and sesame oil.

4. Pour oil into the pan, add the peppercorns, fry until fragrant, remove the peppercorns, pour over the ingredients, and mix well.

5. Cold Beef Tripe

1. Slice the tripe you bought into large pieces

4. Add salt, chopped green onion, coriander, sesame oil and cold vinegar and mix well.

6. Scallion tofu

4.Cut the tofu into small cubes.
