How to make glutinous rice and golden drunken crab

1. Prepare the necessary ingredients.

6. Wrap with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for more than 8 hours.

7. Wash the glutinous rice and soak it in clean water overnight.

8.1 Boil the Shi Yunsheng chicken soup in a small bowl and set aside (this will save time for steaming the glutinous rice).

9.2 Drain the glutinous rice, place it in a bowl, add a little peanut oil (lard) and mix well.

10. Take out the drunken crabs and remove the straw rope.

11. Carefully remove the crab shell and remove the gills, intestines, jaws and other internal organs.

12. Use scissors to carefully separate the two halves, being very careful not to drop the crab roe.

13. Put a layer of glutinous rice in the bowl. (Use 100g glutinous rice for each crab).

14. Put the hairy crabs in as shown in the picture. It is best to tidy them up a little. Evenly spread the remaining glutinous rice.

15. Cover the crab shell as shown in the picture.

16. Pour in the hot chicken soup until it just covers the glutinous rice.

17. Place in a steamer with steam on high for 15 minutes.
