How to make thick sauce for rice crust

Many people like to eat rice crackers with sauce. It has a good appetite-stimulating effect and tastes rich and fragrant. There are many ways to cook rice crackers with sauce. You can put some vegetables and meat in it, so that the taste and mouthfeel will be better. Of course, you can also keep it simple, just add some rice and black sesame seeds to make delicious rice crackers.

Method 1

Ingredients: 200g Jasmine rice, 3 teaspoons black sesame seeds

1. Put warm (not too hot, or it will burn your paws) rice into a transparent film, pull up the edges around it to form a bag, and rub the rice with your hands. If the rice is too cold and too hard, it will not be easy to form a ball and become sticky. If it is leftover rice, warm it up first.

2. Add the fried black sesame seeds and mix well;

3. Apply a thin layer of oil on the chopping board to prevent it from sticking to the bottom. Grab a ball of rice and cover it with the transparent film you just used.

4. Use a straight cylindrical rolling pin to press into thin slices, about 2-3 mm thick;

5. Use a cookie mold to shape the leftovers, roll them into a ball, press them into a sheet, and then shape them. You can also cut them into pieces with a knife. This will reduce the leftovers and make the process faster.

6. Heat the oil in a pan over medium-low heat and fry until golden brown.

Method 2

Prepare ingredients: appropriate amount of black fungus, half a carrot, half a winter squash, half a red pepper, appropriate amount of rice crust, appropriate amount of lean meat

2. Dice the meat, add soy sauce, salt, onion and garlic powder, and starch and mix.

3. Heat oil in a pan, add the diced meat and stir-fry. If you want a darker color, add some light soy sauce. Serve aside.

4. Add the diced carrots and stir-fry for a few times.

5. Add black fungus, diced winter squash, fried diced meat and diced red pepper and continue to stir-fry.

6. Add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, add salt, light soy sauce and MSG.

7. Add starch to thicken.

8. It is best to have the rice crust freshly fried. Place it on a plate and pour all the thickening sauce on the rice crust. Let the deliciousness begin.
