1. Prepare all the ingredients, soften butter and cheese at room temperature

2. Add powdered sugar to the softened butter and beat until the color becomes lighter and the volume becomes fluffy.

3. Add softened cheese to the whipped butter

4. Whip until fluffy

5. Pour in egg white and continue beating

6. Beat into a fine and thick butter cheese paste

7. Sift the low-gluten flour and baking powder into the butter and cheese paste, and stir with a rubber spatula until evenly mixed.

8. Add cheese powder and continue to stir until it is completely mixed into a moist batter.

9. Gently knead the batter into small balls and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving some space between them. Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 15 minutes.

10. After the baked cheese balls have cooled, put them into a sealed bottle and store overnight before eating. You can also heat them in the microwave for a dozen seconds before eating, and the taste will be more fragrant and soft.
