2. Beat the eggs and pour into a bowl of seasoned warm water;

4. Place the bowl in boiling water and steam it for ten minutes.

Note: When you first start making food for small children, you can add 200 grams of water to the egg liquid. After a few days, you can only use 150 grams of water and gradually reduce the amount to increase the nutritional value.
