9. Bring the casserole to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat, stirring the rice every 3-5 minutes. To avoid forming hard rice crust... To put it bluntly, the first step is to make half-cooked rice.

10. After the rice is cooked, turn it over again. After turning it over, press it flat with a rice spatula. On the noodles, place sausages, mushrooms and chicken pieces in order. Pick out the shredded ginger.

11. Continue to keep low heat and simmer for another 15 minutes. When the chicken becomes lighter in color, simmer for another 3 minutes. Remember to only stack the chicken in one layer. Otherwise it will be unfamiliar. When stewing the chicken, you can wash the cabbage heart, add oil and salt to hot water, and blanch it until cooked. Drain and set aside. Prepare a bowl of sauce, bring to a boil and cook until thick. Remove the spices and pour into a bowl for later use. After the clay pot rice is ready, pour the sauce into the bowl and mix well.
