How to make shacha sauce spareribs

There are actually many things to pay attention to when it comes to making a good dish. Of course, cooking is not as difficult as everyone imagines. Everything is difficult at the beginning. First prepare the ingredients and seasonings, and then start making shacha sauce spareribs.

1. Slice the garlic, cut the chili into rings, rinse the ribs, add sugar, shacha sauce, half of the chili rings, half of the soy sauce, and two tablespoons of water, mix well and marinate for about half an hour, put the remaining soy sauce and ketchup in a bowl

2. Heat the oil in a pan until it is 70% hot, fry the ribs for about two minutes, remove and drain the oil for later use

3. Leave a small amount of oil in the pan and heat it to 40%. Add the garlic slices until the aroma comes out. Add the soy sauce and tomato sauce in the small bowl and stir-fry over low heat for about half a minute.

4. Stir-fry the ribs for about half a minute

5. Add half a cup of water (about half a pound), appropriate amount of salt, and cook over medium heat for about three minutes (without covering)

6. Turn to high heat to thicken the soup, remove from heat and serve.
