Ingredients: 200g chicken legs

Seasoning: 2 slices of ginger, 20ml light soy sauce, some dark soy sauce, 25ml oyster sauce, 2g pepper, 15g sugar, 50ml water

How to make chicken drumstick rice

1. Wash the drumsticks with warm water and remove the bones and tendons;

2. Use the back of a knife to loosen the thick parts of the meat.

3. Prepare onions, tomatoes, and ginger slices, and cut them into small dices for later use;

4. Put the chopped chicken, onion, tomato, ginger, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, white pepper and 5 grams of granulated sugar into the pot;

5. Massage the chicken for 1 minute (use your hands to grab the meat) to allow the meat to fully absorb the flavor and make the meat more tender;

6. After grasping, let it stand for 10 minutes;

7. Heat the wok; clean the diced chicken and put it into the wok with the skin side facing down; fry over medium-low heat for 4-5 minutes;

8. Then turn it over and fry for another 4-5 minutes. (While frying the meat, blanch the cauliflower and carrots in light salt water and set aside)

9. After frying, take out and put it on a plate, then use the soup in the original pot as sauce.

10. Mix oyster sauce, water and the remaining 10 grams of granulated sugar into a bowl of sauce;

11. Add the marinade used for marinating the meat into the pan and stir-fry for a while, and stir-fry the onion until soft. Add to bowl of sauce;

12. After boiling, turn to low heat and continue cooking for 1 minute. Pour it over the fried chicken or rice.
