8. Have you noticed that the sugar foam in the pot has become smaller and finer, and the color is slowly turning red? At this time, you can pick up the pot and continue stirring with a spoon. The sugar is almost cooked. Wait for the sugar to become redder and smell the sugar slightly. Then pour in the fried taro (sweet potato) immediately and stir the spoon with both hands to make the taro evenly stick to the sugar.

9. After turning them over twice in the pan, serve immediately.

10. If you can pull out threads with chopsticks, the sugar is cooked to perfection.
