How to make cheese soufflé

You often have friends coming to your house, but you always take them out to eat. Isn't this very impolite? What's more, it would be healthier if you could eat it at home. 1. Mix cream cheese, milk and starch and bring to a boil over low heat. (Stir constantly to prevent it from burning.) Pour into a large bowl and let cool.

2.1 Beat the egg whites with lemon juice until foamy, then add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.

3.2 Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Add egg yolks to cheese mixture and mix well.

5.2 Pour the egg yolk cheese paste into the egg white paste and mix well.

6. Grease a small bowl with oil and flour, then pour the egg mixture into it until it is 80% full. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown.

7. Finished product. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The aroma of eggs and cheese blends well. Slightly salty and not greasy.
