Ingredients: minced meat (meat filling); eggs; flour;

Steps and methods: 1. Stir minced meat + eggs + chopped green onions + minced ginger + salt + sugar + dark soy sauce + chicken essence in one direction evenly;

2. Pour the yeast solution into the flour and stir it in one direction with chopsticks until it becomes flocculent;

3. Add olive oil to the dough, pour the oil on the unfolded dough, fold the four legs toward the center, and knead it into dough again;

4. Ferment until it has grown to 2 to 3 times its original volume, cut into small pieces, roll into dough sheets and wrap the meat filling; 5. Wrap into dumplings, boil the water and steam for 15 minutes, then steam for 3 minutes without removing the lid.

6. Note 1: When adding seasonings to the minced meat, stir in one direction to make it chewy. If you like it to be tenderer, add a little cold boiled water in batches during the stirring process and continue stirring until the meat absorbs all the water.

Ingredients for bun skin: 500 grams of high-gluten flour, 6 grams of yeast powder, and 300 grams of water.
