Crispy Cake

The method of making crispy cake is relatively simple. Its main ingredients are flour, eggs and white sugar. It tastes particularly crisp on the outside and soft and smooth on the inside. You can prepare an appropriate amount of lard and make puff pastry with flour. After it is done, put it in the oven to bake. Method 1

1. Mix flour, maltose, cooked lard and sugar, add 175 grams of boiling water and knead into water-oil dough. 2. Add 200g flour and 90g cooked lard to make puff pastry. 3. Place the puff pastry into the oily surface and press it flat with the sealed side facing up. Sprinkle dry flour on the chopping board and roll the dough into a 3 cm thick crust. 4. Divide the large piece of puff pastry into two pieces, roll each piece into a long strip, and make into 40 pieces. 5. Flatten the dough and wrap it into the chiffon cake. 6. Bake for 3-5 minutes. A piece of sponge cake or chiffon cake can also be wrapped in puff pastry to customize the shape. Bake the puff pastry at medium temperature until done and decorate the surface as desired.

If it has solidified, heat it up again. After it has solidified a little, blow some coconut filling on it. If you like more coconut flakes, sprinkle some on the surface. Then put it in the refrigerator for a few hours and it will become a chocolate crispy cake. It is easy to make it uneven if you spread it with a spoon. If you are making a large cake, you can put the cake on the grill and pour the chocolate on it.
