Although we can eat some delicious food when eating out, we should know that these things may not be so delicious in themselves, but because they are added with excessive seasonings, such as patterned cakes. The method is simple. If you don’t want to eat too many seasonings, you might as well learn to make it at home.

1. Prepare all ingredients for the jacquard cake.

2. Separate the eggs and add oil, milk and a little sugar to the egg yolks.

3. Stir well and make sure the oil is not separated.

4. Sift the low-gluten flour and stir with a rubber spatula until there are no particles.

5. Beat the egg whites with a whisk until they are foamy, add a few drops of lemon juice and tartar powder.

6. Add sugar in three batches and beat until stiff peaks form and tips form.

7. Add a little egg white to the egg yolk paste and stir with a rubber spatula.

8. Add all the remaining egg whites into step 7 and continue to stir evenly.

9. Put it into the paper cake mold and vibrate to remove the bubbles.

10. Put the remaining into a piping bag and squeeze into a small paper cup. Place on a baking tray and shake out the bubbles.

11. Preheat the oven in advance, bake at 160 degrees for 20 minutes. Cover the long cake with tin foil during baking. Do not allow color to form on the top of the cake loaf.

12. Bake the cupcakes in the same way as step 11. This one doesn't have tin foil on it.

Cooking by yourself allows your family to enjoy delicious food and feel loved at the same time, jacquard cake. The method is very simple. Those who are too lazy to cook may want to give it a try.
