11. Place various side dishes, beat eggs, cover with lid, cook over high heat for 3-5 minutes, then reduce to lowest heat for 10-15 minutes, then turn off heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

12. Wait until the above side dishes are cooked, then place the blanched Shanghai greens on top. Cook over high heat for 1-2 minutes without covering the lid, then turn off the heat. Then I had the delicious clay pot rice to eat.
