After simmering for 2-3 minutes, add 200g of mutton sauce (the salt taste of the finished sauce has been adjusted) into the pot, bring to a boil over high heat, stir the ingredients in the pot evenly, turn to medium heat and cook for a few minutes, taste it, add salt as appropriate, sprinkle the green garlic leaves before removing from the pot, and serve the whole pot
