1.1 When it has fermented to 2.5 times its original size, divide it into four portions, roll them into balls and let them rest for 15 minutes.

2.2 Knead all the ingredients (except butter and jam) into dough. I used the bread machine's dough kneading program. After 15 minutes, add butter and knead the dough until it forms a film, then carry out basic fermentation.

3. Roll the dough into an oval shape and press the bottom edge to make it thinner.

4. Spread jam.

5. Roll into an olive shape from top to bottom and place on a baking tray.

6. Finally, let it ferment until it is twice as large. Brush the surface of the bread with egg wash and sprinkle with white sesame seeds. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake on the middle rack for 20 minutes.
