6. Prepare the two colors of bean curd dough and wait for 5 minutes before making the dough

7. Roll the dough into a rectangle, overlap and roll it up

8. Cut the dough into 2-3 cm thick pieces, cover with cloth and let it ferment

9. Wait for the dough to double in size, about 1 hour later. (You can put it in the oven and add a cup of hot water next to it to help fermentation)

10. Bring the water to a boil, put the steaming tray in, and steam over medium heat for 15 minutes. Place a cloth inside the lid to prevent water from dripping onto the buns. Turn off the heat after steaming, open a small gap to let the heat out slowly, and then open the lid.
