Ingredients: 1000g red pepper, 600g beef, 600g soybean paste, tomato sauce, 300g soybean oil, 10g pepper, 10g salt, 100g sugar, 10g beef powder, minced ginger, fried peanuts. Method: 1. Wash the pepper and crush it with a food processor; 2. Chop the beef or crush it with a food processor; 3. Add oil to the pot and stir-fry the peanuts, or deep-fry the peanuts with cooked oil; 4. Add soybean oil to the pot, heat it up and add pepper; 5. Add beef and stir-fry; 6. Add the chopped pepper and stir-fry briefly; 7. Add sugar, salt and minced ginger; 8. Add soybean sauce; 9. Simmer on low heat for half an hour; 10. Add tomato sauce and mix well; 11. Finally, add the fried peanuts and beef powder;

Tips: Be careful when handling chili peppers, don't get them in your eyes. I accidentally got them in my eyes, and the spiciness made me cry a lot, and my eyes were swollen like red-eyed rabbits. Do not add water to this sauce, the chili peppers will release water, so just simmer it slowly over low heat; stir it from time to time to avoid the bottom from getting sticky; put the finished sauce into a jar and put it in a cool, dark place for a long time; instead of adding peanuts, adding some sesame seeds will also be very fragrant;

Ingredients: 1.5 pounds of beef, 4 bags of Liubiju sauce, 2.5 pounds of fresh red pepper (the kind used for cooking), 2 teaspoons of MSG, 2 ounces of sugar, a small piece of scallion, a piece of ginger, a head of garlic, a tablespoon of salt, 1 pound of soybean oil. Method: 1. Cut the beef into small pieces and add the same as the minced meat (you can use minced meat). 2. Put 1 pound of soybean oil in a pot and bring it to a boil, then add the beef and stir-fry until it changes color. 3. Add the chopped scallion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the minced chili sauce and four bags of Liubiju sauce. Simmer on the lowest heat, stir the sauce and chili evenly, be careful not to get sticky on the bottom, use a spatula to scrape the bottom to prevent it from getting sticky, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. 4. Add sugar and MSG after turning off the heat. A little trick for making Liubiju yellow sauce: the chili must be the sharp chili used in cooking; other types of chili peppers will not work. Be careful with the bottom.
