1. Wash the potatoes and cut them in half.

2. Cut and steam until cooked.

3. While steaming the potatoes, slice the beef tenderloin, then cut it into strips and then into small cubes.

4. Add chopped ginger, garlic, soy sauce, sugar, a little black pepper and salt to the diced beef, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes.

6. Pour a proper amount of salad oil into the pot. When the oil is hot, pour the diced beef into the pot and stir-fry until cooked. Turn off the heat.

7. Pour the mashed potatoes into the fried diced beef and mix well.

8. Taste and season with salt and black pepper as appropriate.

9. Use a spoon to put the mixed beef mashed potatoes into the hollowed-out potato shells and fill them neatly.

10.Sprinkle a little mozzarella cheese on the surface.

11. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 for 8-10 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
