1.12 300g pork intestines, 60g red bell pepper, 60g green pepper, 15g coriander, 20g minced garlic, 10g minced ginger, 15g chopped green onion, a little white pepper, 10g rice wine, 10g balsamic vinegar, 10g soy sauce, 5g sugar, 1g MSG, 1g salt, 2g sesame oil, a little cooking oil; clean the intestines; 20g salt, 25g rice vinegar, 10g pepper, 20g green onion, 20g ginger.

2.21 First cut the red and green peppers into diamond-shaped pieces, cut the coriander stems into sections, mince the ginger, cut the green onions into shreds, and mince the garlic for later use.

3. Blend the starch into a bowl; put minced garlic, white pepper powder, MSG, and rice wine into a bowl, then add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, and mix with a small amount of water and starch for later use.

4. Clean the pig intestines; sprinkle appropriate amount of salt into the pig intestines and mix them evenly, then wash them clean, and repeat three times.

5.12 Then pour in rice vinegar and use your hands to repeatedly wash it clean.

6.21 Bring water to a boil and add onion, ginger, and pig intestines. Pour rice wine and pepper water into the pot and cook over low heat for 20-30 minutes.

7. Cut the cooled pig intestines into sections at an angle.

8. Pour a little oil into the pot, just enough to moisten the bottom of the pot, then put in the pig intestines and fry slowly over medium heat to release the oil from the pig intestines. When the pig intestines become very light and crispy, drain all the excess oil from the pot.

9. After draining the oil, add the minced garlic and half of the chopped green onion and stir-fry.

10. Then add red and green peppers and stir-fry evenly.

11. After stir-frying evenly, add the sauce.

12. After the sauce has become gelatinized, add the coriander segments and the other half of the green onion shreds.

13. Stir-fry quickly over high heat and evenly, then remove from the pan and place on a plate.
