1. Slice the ginger, wash the green onions, remove the roots and tie them into a knot

3. Prepare a large pot and put in the roast chicken seasoning according to the ratio of 1 kg chicken to 70 grams of barbecue seasoning (this can be put according to the instructions on the seasoning, because everyone uses different seasonings)

4. Add appropriate amount of water to the seasoning (you can add it according to the instructions on the seasoning)

5. Put the chicken in a pot, dip it in enough ingredients and marinate it for about 1-2 hours. If you have time, you can also wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for half a day. Then apply maltose all over the chicken. If you don’t use maltose, you can use honey instead.

6. Put the marinated chicken on the baking tray

7. Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 220 degrees for about 1 hour.

8. Bake until the chicken is golden brown.
