Then roll it from the outside to the inside into a cylinder, flatten it, fold it into three layers, and finally roll it into a round piece. Then you can stuff it. The wrapped cake dough should also be pressed into a flat round shape, and two small cuts should be made on it with a knife (mainly to prevent the skin from breaking due to the expansion of the filling during baking).
