How to make milk rice cakes

1. Wash and dice the garlic sprouts, peel and wash the ginger, and chop

11. Move the cup with the round rice cakes onto the plate and tap the cup gently. The rice cakes will be easily released from the mold.

12. Make all the rice cakes one by one. Dip them in water before making each one, otherwise the rice will stick to the cup and it will be difficult to remove from the mold.

13. Heat the pan, add butter and melt it

14. After the butter is melted, put the rice cakes into the pan

15. Fry slowly over low heat until both sides turn golden brown and you can enjoy the rice cakes with milky flavor.
