7. Prepare some side dishes, including coriander, black fungus (I love black fungus, it is good for the body, everyone please eat more), peppers. I don’t have red peppers, so I have to use dried peppers instead, Sichuan peppercorns, oil, salt, chicken essence, onions, garlic, sesame seeds,

8. Pour oil, add dried chilies and Sichuan peppercorns, stir-fry until fragrant, turn off the heat and let cool for later use.

9. Chop the coriander, chili, fungus, onion and garlic, add soy sauce, vinegar, salt, chicken essence, sesame, sesame oil, and the fried pepper and chili oil and mix well.

10. After mixing the side dishes, sprinkle some soaked wolfberries on them. Because there is no red pepper, the color is a bit monotonous, so I have to make do with wolfberries.
