1. Prepare the lettuce stems.

15. Add appropriate amount of water and cook. The water should cover the lettuce stems. Bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes. After cooking, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence.

16. Put it into a container and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
