How to make lean meat delicious

Tips 1: Silver bars have a very crispy texture, so do not fry them for too long to avoid affecting the taste. 2. Silver bars are canned and contain salt, so the salt for this dish can be added to the meat and side dishes in advance.

Fried lean meat with garlic

Ingredients: 200g garlic core, 300g lean meat, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 10ml light soy sauce, 30ml peanut oil, 10ml water. Method: 1. Cut the lean meat into thin pieces, add salt, light soy sauce and water, mix well, and marinate for 10 minutes. 2. Cut the garlic core into small pieces diagonally. 3. Heat about 20ml of oil in a pan, pour in the marinated lean meat, stir-fry until it changes color and is cooked, and set aside (in fact, it is already fried, the meat slices are very thin and cook quickly). 4. Heat the pan again, add the remaining oil, heat it to 80%, pour in the garlic core and stir-fry for about 30 seconds. 5. Pour in the lean meat and mix, stir-fry evenly and serve
