1. Rinse the tofu and cut it four times horizontally and vertically. Do not cut all the way through, just cut to 2/3 of the tofu. This will keep the integrity of the tofu and make it easier to absorb the flavor.

2.1 Divide the minced meat into two portions and cover the tofu

If the minced meat is thinner, 10 minutes is enough)

6. Pour the soup in the dish into a small pot, boil it with seasoning B, pour it on the chopped pepper, minced meat and tofu, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
