How to steam celery leaves

To make a good dish is not as difficult as everyone imagines. Just prepare the ingredients and tableware, control the heat, and then follow the steps below on how to steam celery leaves. I believe you can do it.

1. Remove the celery leaves and set aside.

2. After washing, drain the water, add three spoons of salad oil and mix well.

3. Add half bowl of flour and mix well. (Just make sure each celery leaf is lightly covered with flour.)

4. Put it into the steamer and steam it on high heat for 10 minutes after the water boils.

5. Pour a little oil into the wok, add the minced garlic and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.

6. Add the steamed celery leaves, stir-fry over high heat for one minute and turn off the heat.

7. Start preparing the sauce: a spoonful of salt, a spoonful of chicken essence, half a spoonful of sugar, a spoonful of light soy sauce, a few drops of cooking wine, a spoonful of chili oil, a spoonful of vinegar, a spoonful of sesame seeds, and a spoonful of oyster sauce.

8. Pour the sauce into the wok and mix well.
