1. Take a clean pot, put cold water in it and bring it to a boil. Add the washed rice, bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat until the rice becomes thick. Note: Add enough water at one time, do not add water in the middle. If you must add water, heat the water.

2.1 After the rice porridge is cooked, heat the wok, add appropriate amount of oil, and sauté the scallions and ginger.

3.2 While cooking the porridge, clean the lobsters and break the shells of the lobster legs with a knife. Cut ginger and green onion into slices

4. Add the lobster and stir-fry, add a small amount of rice wine, sprinkle a small amount of salt, and stir-fry evenly over high heat.

5. Pour the lobster into the boiling rice porridge and cook for another 10 minutes to make it taste good. Add salt to adjust the saltiness. You can also add MSG or chicken stock, but my family prefers the original flavor so we don’t add any.

6. Add chopped coriander or green onions as desired and enjoy!
