Take out the baking tray, lower the temperature to 230 degrees and bake for 20 minutes until cooked.

2. Black wheat steamed buns.

Its main ingredients are 200g black wheat, 300g medium-gluten flour, 6g yeast and 10g sugar. The specific steps for making black wheat steamed buns are: mix the two kinds of flour and sugar, mix the yeast with 30-degree warm water; pour the yeast water into the flour; knead until it is shiny and then ferment in a warm place, and when the volume doubles and there is no shrinkage when pressed; shape after exhausting; put it in a pot with cold water for 15 minutes.
