How to make chicken soup dumplings

7.2 Pinch the pleats and wrap them into a bun shape

8. Place the soup dumplings neatly on the bamboo mat

9. Bring to a boil over high heat, simmer over low heat for 8 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 3 minutes before opening the lid.

10. Add appropriate amount of vinegar, chicken essence, sugar and sesame oil to a small dish and mix well to make the sauce
