The sugar should be added when the meat is almost dry so that it is not easy to stick to the pan. Continue to stir-fry until the meat is dry. You can turn off the heat and stir-fry if necessary. Pay attention to the heat. You can pour some oil in the stir-fry process intermittently to avoid the meat floss from becoming dry and hard.

9. Turn off the heat, add sesame seeds and chopped seaweed, mix well and it’s done. Let’s make it together.
