How to make garlic vermicelli stuffed with loofah

The nutritional value of stuffed loofah with garlic vermicelli is very high. 1. Prepare a loofah

2. Peel the loofah, cut it into pieces of equal length, and soak them in salt water.

3. Chop the garlic into minced garlic.

4. Add scallions and ginger slices to water and soak them in scallion and ginger water.

5. Add an egg, salt, chicken essence, MSG, oyster sauce, pepper and sesame oil to the meat filling and stir clockwise.

6. When it is dry, add the onion and ginger water little by little, don't add too much.

8. Use a very small spoon to dig holes in the loofah, but don't dig through it.

10. Soak the vermicelli in cold water for ten minutes.

11. After soaking until soft, take out and cut into sections. Drain the water and spread them on the bottom of the plate.

12. Put the loofah in. It was a little difficult to stand, so I tied it up with green onion leaves to secure it.

13. Garnish the stuffed loofah with wolfberries. Heat water in a steamer and put the plate in. Cover the pot and steam over high heat for 8 minutes. Simmer for two minutes after steaming.

14. While the loofah is being steamed, stir-fry the sauce. Pour a little oil into a hot pan, add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

15. Stir the sauce evenly again and pour it into the pot.

16. Turn off the heat when bubbles appear at the boil. Take out the steamed stuffed loofah and pour the juice on the stuffed loofah.
