How to make pumpkin and yam glutinous rice balls

13. Mix into pumpkin dough and set aside;

14. Take 10 egg tart molds and brush a layer of oil inside to prevent sticking;

15. Put on disposable gloves, cut the pumpkin dough into equal parts, roll them into balls, and press a hole with your thumb;

16. Wrap the blueberry yam paste filling in the dough, then push it up slowly from bottom to top with both hands to cover the filling, and then roll it into a ball;

17. Put the kneaded pumpkin glutinous rice dough into the egg tart mold and place it on the steamer;

18. After the water boils, put the pot on high heat and steam for 10 minutes, then remove the lid after 2 minutes.

19. After the pumpkin glutinous rice ball is steamed, you can use a toothpick to slowly take it out along the edge of the mold and place it on a paper tray (this step can be omitted because the steamed pumpkin glutinous rice ball is sticky and difficult to handle).
