How to make double berry muffin tart

1. Prepare all materials

2.5g baking powder sifted

3.00g low-gluten flour sifted

4. 0g white sugar still needs to be sifted (I don’t have powdered sugar, it would be best if I have powdered sugar)

5. Take another bowl, put 20g butter in it and melt it at room temperature

6. Pour in 200ml of milk (cold milk will do)

7. Beat in a small egg, which is a little smaller than a normal egg.

8. Beat with a whisk until smooth.

9. Add the egg mixture in the bowl into the flour you just sifted.

10. Use a whisk to mix the flour and egg liquid thoroughly in an up-down, left-right manner (I actually did it randomly)

11. Put a little butter in the pan and heat it over high heat.

12. Use a spoon to scoop a spoonful of egg liquid and put it into the hot pan. When one side starts to foam, turn it over immediately (some tutorials say to fry it over low heat, but I really can't believe it. It caused me to waste a lot of it)

13. Then stack the dough and add some fruit or something (this is really delicious, by the way)
